CONSUMER RIGHTS ATTORNEY

Matthew has practiced exclusively in bankruptcy and consumer protection since 1997. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Indiana Bar Association- Bankruptcy Section. As well he frequently teaches legal education classes for attorneys through the NBI (National Business Institute). He also has a experience with filing individual and class action lawsuits for violations of the FAIR, DEBT, COLLECTION practices act and the bankruptcy automatic stay.
